Cats are naturally curious, and nothing grabs their attention like a shiny, decorated Christmas tree. To them, it’s a giant playground with dangling toys begging to be swatted. 1. Secure the Tree
Anchor your tree to the wall using clear fishing line or discreet hooks. This prevents it from toppling if your cat decides to leap in claws-first. Bonus: This trick also keeps small children safe.

2. Protect Precious Ornaments
Place sentimental or fragile ornaments higher up. Use sturdy wire hangers instead of regular hooks for extra security. If you’re really worried, opt for shatterproof ornaments near the bottom.
